Do it quick! Because then it won’t hurt!
Do it slow. Do it so slow you barely notice it’s happening. Disperse the pain over so many years of a dismal, quiet ache that you question whether it’s happening it at all. Pull that “band-aid” off over the course of six or eight years. Become such an awful owner of the “band-aid” that it gets tired of you, gets sick of your shit, and eventually just falls off on its own. Do it slow, and convince yourself that you’re not the bad guy. Do it slow, and bury your heartache into the pit of your stomach. Do it slow, and get ulcers. Do it slow, and watch time slip through your fingers.
Or? Rip it off fast.
…and the mole was accidentally removed at the spa while getting his leg hair waxed.
He initially got that cast on his leg after the doctor tried taking off a band-aid in the first place.
Actually when my mum was little, she put a needle through her thumb. She pushed it in slowly, over the course of several hours, and because of that, it didn’t actually hurt. She basically read somewhere that people who do yoga do that with swords, or something like that. So yeah, do it slow all the way.
sounds like you have a interesting mum.
Paging Dr Palhares.
Leave that band-aid on, not because you love each other, but because you can’t remember life separate. You hope being band-aid free was less miserable, but you just can’t make that rip. You know it can’t last forever and it’s only a matter of time, but you’re putting it off just to avoid it.
And because you’re a total wuss about stuff like that, come on man. It’s just arm hair.
I wish I could find a tie that matched my hair color that well 🙁
you really have to stop being so depressing.
Now beat him to death with his own leg to stop the bleeding. And the whining. Just to speed it up, it would stop after a while by itself anyways.
And someone has lunch!
Just rip it.
