I don’t know. I feel that everyone I know that complains about not finding affordable apartments is waiting for a commercial or something to alert them. I found a a no-fee 3 bedroom apartment in Riverdale area of The Bronx for $700 a month with electricity included for a friend of mine using stuff like Craigslist and local college bulletin boards.
