It’s best read if you imagine the voice of the doctor to be Sean Connery’s.
He reminds me of the guy from the old tv show “This old House”. I don’t immediately remember him ever stabbing anyone though.

The machine in the HC makes it look sorta like the doc butterflied the patient’s head.
