As a kid my mom took my sis and I to one in Pasadena near PCC. Then as pimple toting teen I did the drive-in on east Colorado blvd looking for babes until 2 am. This Big Boy had male car hops. Next up, in the travelcade of life, Family Man. The Arcadia BBB, it was my cheap eats for a family of 4. I went to the BBB, I think the original, over in Burbank a few years back. Not as good as I my memory would like to remember, but decent. Bob Wian was the founder. I had a auntie that used to date the man. Sad to see these cultural bits of Americana disappearing.
