Let’s get real about about toast for a second. Actually, no, let’s get real about TOASTED SANDWICHES for a second. When are service people going to stop asking, “Do you want your sandwich toasted?”
When has anyone ever said “no” to that! It’s like a teacher asking you to choose between getting an A and getting an A+. Pretty obvious answer, people!
Now, maybe you have a medical excuse for not getting your sandwich toasted. Maybe you have pudding skin for gums, I don’t know. But then, maybe you shouldn’t be eating sandwiches! You should be eating, like pudding skins.
Look, all I’m saying is that I had a toasted turkey sandwich last night and it was super-so-good. It had avocado. And basil.
It’s just the high cholesterol version of alcohol poisoning.
Call me a weirdo, but I don’t like toasted sandwiches. I dislike crunchy bread in general.
You, my good friend, are a heretic and must be burned at the stake so that you may be as crunchy as the bread you so hate.
You know who also disliked toasted bread?
Let that just sink in for a moment.
Fear the champagne glass!
you must be having bargain lunches at subway, are you wearing that avocado sweater you were knitting?
The usual problem every year at ToastCon.
Also I like my bread un-toasted if the bread is fresh and soft. Only the slightly stale bread is good for toast anyway and those store brought breads that taste really bad (although they taste bad either way).
They’re going to smite us all for arguing this.. but yeah mine depends on the bread/the ingredients on the sandwich. And also when I’m preparing it… toasted sandwiches aren’t as good cold as non-toasted sandwiches
The way Wes and Tony draw hands, makes it look like the last panel has a rock concert in the background.
gotta be that guy, a champagne glass is called a flute. i’m really sorry
Ahhh! Then what musical instrument am I watching?
Two words: Seafood Sensation
Could it be considered a paradox if the guy in the first clip had one of thouse mini scotch glasses and yelled out waffles instead? Also he would have a sombrero
Sometimes I prefer a nice chewy bread, not a crunchy one. It depends on the type. Subway’s bread is perfect as-is. Quizno’s bread is lousy and dry before being toasted and hard and bricklike after being toasted.
Domino’s sandwiches have perfect oven-toasted bread though. It’s the protein content i think.
