You can actually get jellyfish (without the stinging parts) at some Chinese buffets.
Apparently it has little or no flavor of its own, because it tastes like whatever it’s cooked with – green onion in my experience.
They should just do a total 180 and turn it into a fruit-flavored spread.

although, a “jellyfish” or sea-jelly stings by the use of cnidocytes which are cells filled with venom. most of the cnidocytes wont go off with the first sting but will stick in the flesh….urine or any contact will help trigger more of these cells into filling the body with the venom…good times
